You're welcome to reserve the pool complex gazebo for your special event or party (Birthday, graduation, engagement, etc.). Please fill out the sendable form below to request a reservation. During your event, the host or hostess will be responsible for guest behavior and for thorough clean-up after the event. Also, have lots of fun but please be considerate of nearby homeowners in terms of loud noise.

The Water Oak community is beautiful any season of the year. Our developer certainly had current and future residents in mind when they determined what amenities would enhance the lifestyle of our community. Water Oak amenities include: a beautiful pool complex, a well-equipped playground for our children, and a lakeshore sitting area. Plus, there's a parking lot to accommodate the residents as they are enjoying those community amenities.

Unfortunately, due to the increase of persons using that amenity parking lot for unauthorized and inconsiderate purposes, it is now necessary to address potential parking violations. The previous sign at the pool complex parking lot has been replaced with the sign shown below.
So, effective immediately, the pool parking lot is to be used ONLY as support for the previously mentioned amenities. Anyone needing to park in the pool complex parking lot for any reason other than using the amenities will need to obtain prior approval from the Water Oak Board. No vehicle will be allowed to park overnight unless the resident has obtained prior approval. This is not a new restriction; the previous parking restriction sign stated that prior approval could be obtained from the board to park for reasons other than using the amenities, but that procedure was not being enforced.

Again, to be perfectly clear, at no time may anyone (resident or non-resident) use ANY Water Oak amenity (including the pool complex parking lot) in a manner that violates the Water Oak Homeowners Association, Inc. contract / articles of incorporation of Water Oak Homeowners Association, Inc. “Exhibit B Initial Use Restrictions (p):

"Vehicles and Parking / Pool Parking Lot. As used in this Section, the term “vehicles” includes without limitation, automobiles, trucks, boats, trailers, motorcycles, campers, vans and recreational vehicles. No vehicle may be parked or left upon any portion of a lot except in a garage or carport, on a driveway, or on other portions of the Lot (if any) the Board designates as being an acceptable parking area."

To obtain prior HOA Board approval and a special pool complex lot parking pass, please go to the "Pool Area Parking" page of our community website www.WaterOakLKN.com. Complete and submit the on-line form (below) and it will be reviewed to determine if your reason for the parking pass request is appropriate. You will be advised where to pick up the pass if approved. Please heed this notice as we certainly do not want to cause our residents any inconveniences.
