There are 4 committees that we are seeking volunteers to fill. Each plays an important role in helping to advance the community in a key area:

ARC Committee: This committee is comprised of 3-5 members of the community and the key role is to ensure that all architectural guidelines are adhered to within the community. 

​

Grounds Committee: This committee will work to ensure the grounds within the community are properly kept and maintained to provide a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood for current and future residents.

​

Amenities Committee: This committee is responsible for overseeing the key amenities offered within the community like the play area, pool, and lake access area. 

​

Social Committee: This committee is all about creating community within the community! They serve to create events and opportunities for all our neighbors to engage in social activities like food trucks, pool parties etc.

​

Each of these committees is vital for the betterment of our community. We ask the entire Water Oak community to give some thought to each of these committees and if you or someone you know would make a great addition, please consider volunteering. We have a great community in Water Oak, and to make it even better, it will take the involvement of others.
